Khantract was formed with the initial intention of providing a quality service to a sector which simply did not have the resources to cope with the demand. Throughout the UK, an estimated 15% of project values are lost due to delays, we aim to reduce that figure by giving reasonable timescales, appropriate prices and ensuring submissions are made on time to prevent issues for our clients even after a project design has been completed
Kamran Khan - Founder
Kamran has Civil Design and management experience in a range of projects (including governmental and military classified projects), with particular expertise in drainage design and infrastructure.

He has a proven track record for a range of projects from small to large, focusing on key planning points from concept to handover.

He is an experienced Civil Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the architecture & planning industry. Skilled in Management, Teamwork, Social Awareness, and Strategic Planning. Strong engineering professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Nottingham Trent University.
Prince Bahati - Civil Engineer
Prince is an enthusiastic Civil Engineer with a combination of both on-site and consultancy experience. With skills gained from a range of projects, he is able to develop infrastructure designs to a high standard and deliver innovative solutions.

Prince has completed a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Nottingham Trent University, thus showing a higher interest and admiration for the profession.
David Kulman - Technician
David brings a wealth of experience from working in the IT sector to assist with current and prospective projects at the firm.

He combines years of coding knowledge to assist with modern AI integration, with simple admin/CAD tasks, allowing a smoother workflow of projects to enable efficiency of workloads.

David has attended conferences and exhibitions worldwide, further expanding his knowledge in the industry, whilst showing a passion for progression.
